Vessazioni e mobbing da parte della coordinatrice sin dal primo giorno in cui si è presentata; toltale inrispetto del contratto nazionale; organizzazione degli orari all'ultimo momento (chiamati anche solo con 30 minuti di preavviso); turni anche di 12 ore senza pause... Insomma una esperieza pessima con persone pessime...
Bad company both from a human and legal point of view ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma il "proprietario" che risponde in modo così garbato anche ai giudizi negativi ,e' proprio il sig.Rosario Riccioluti? Qui sul web e'' difficile che un proprietario si metta a rispondere al singolo perdipiu SSE il singolo e' in disaccordo con la gestione.
Ma io l'ho conosciuto il sig.Riccioluti e ho lavorato con lui 7 anni proprio al zsan Filippo Neri.Mi piacerebbe tanto rivederlo o rilavorarci insieme o diventare socio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da anni assisto mio zio anziano e solo in questo ultimo periodo si è aggravato. E' stato necessario l'assistenza domiciliare. Ho scelto la nuova Sair. Sono stata immediatamente contattata dal coordinamento, puntuale e molto disponibile. L'equipe di fisioterapisti e logopedista sono stati molto professionali ed umani con mio zioe lavorano con il sorriso! Ringrazio soprattutto la fisioterapista che ci ha insegnatomolto per poterlo mobilizzare.

For years I have been assisting my elderly uncle and only in this last period has he worsened. Home care was needed. I chose the new Sair. I was immediately contacted by the coordination, punctual and very helpful. The team of physiotherapists and speech therapist were very professional and human with my uncle and work with a smile! I especially thank the physiotherapist who taught us a lot to be able to mobilize him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contatto la cooperativa che era alla ricerca di personale. Selezionatrice che durante il colloquio di lavoro mi chiede dei farmaci che sto assumendo e delle condizioni di salute. A parte che per la legge 81 è compito del medico competente fare queste domande, mi chiedo come si fa ad arrivare fino a questo punto con evidente violazione della privacy personale e discriminazione ingiustificata (prendo betabloccanti) dato che non si sono più fatti sentire nonostante i buoni proposti.
Fate molta ma molta attenzione
I contact the cooperative which was looking for staff. Recruiter who asks me during the job interview about the drugs I am taking and about my health conditions. Apart from the fact that according to law 81 it is the responsibility of the competent doctor to ask these questions, I wonder how to get to this point with an evident violation of personal privacy and unjustified discrimination (I take beta-blockers) since they have not been heard anymore despite the good proposals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho lavorato con la Nuova Sair per 13 mesi,dando sempre il massimo sia con la disponibilità,sia umanamente.
Sono precisi nei pagamenti ma assolutamente indegni nei confronti di persone che hanno qualche problema fisico.
Il medico della coop,dopo un mese che già lavoravo mi ha rilasciato un certificato di idoneità con prescrizione.
Ho continuato a fare il mio lavoro senza mai tirarmi indietro,anzi facendo anche di più.
Ho lavorato 30 gg consecutivi senza fare mai riposo e dopo 13 mesi e 3 rinnovi di contratto mi hanno chiuso le porte in faccia affermando che quella prescrizione non gli permetteva più di farmi lavorare!!
Forse non era la prescrizione,ma il fatto che se non sono raccomandata.
E pensare che per legge ogni grande azienda deve avere un tot di invalidi....
Carissimo Signor Riccioluti prima di elogiare il vostro operato,guardate bene fino in fondo....
Aiutate il prossimo se ne avete un riscontro altrimenti ve ne fregate altamente.

I worked with Nuova Sair for 13 months, always giving my best both with availability and humanly.
They are accurate in their payments but absolutely unworthy towards people who have some physical problem.
The doctor of the coop, after I was already working for a month, issued me a certificate of suitability with a prescription.
I continued to do my job without ever holding back, in fact doing even more.
I worked 30 consecutive days without ever taking a break and after 13 months and 3 contract renewals they closed the doors in my face stating that that prescription no longer allowed him to make me work !!
Maybe it wasn't the prescription, but the fact that if it's not recommended.
And to think that by law every large company must have a certain number of invalids ....
Dear Mr. Riccioluti, before praising your work, take a good look at the bottom ....
