★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza completamente NEGATIVA, mi sono rivolto a loro per sistemare la mia aspirapolvere in garanzia è l'hanno rovinata graffiando tutta la scocca... sembrava un attrezzo da cantiere. È nonostante la mia contestazione immediata, sono uscito da lì con l'aspirapolvere rovinata!!!
Ho risolto grazie ad un altro centro assistenza.
Completely NEGATIVE experience, I turned to them to fix my vacuum cleaner under warranty and they ruined it by scratching the whole body ... it looked like a construction tool. It is despite my immediate dispute, I came out of there with the ruined vacuum cleaner !!!
I solved it thanks to another help center.

Scrivo un aggiornamento perché dopo il trattamento ricevuto oggi non posso non ribadire quanto siano speciali alla Nuova Ruemig. Ottima assistenza su un tagliasiepi danneggiato e supporto competente e completo nell'acquisto di un altro attrezzo. Se volete fare un acquisto ma siete dubbiosi, sapranno sicuramente guidarvi nella scelta.

Very kind and extremely available. I bought a chainsaw and hedge trimmer in one go. They answered all my questions and resolved all my doubts with great courtesy. Highly recommended.

I am writing an update because after the treatment received today I cannot but reiterate how special they are at Nuova Ruemig. Excellent assistance on a damaged hedge trimmer and competent and comprehensive support in the purchase of another tool. If you want to make a purchase but are doubtful, they will surely be able to guide you in your choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stato qualche anno fa , il titolare non commento ma i dipendenti gentilissimi , ho letto che ora sono loro i titolari , allora ci vado subito anche solo per salutarli e vedere il nuovo negozio , invito i lettori ad andare a conoscere queste brave persone,ci sono stato 2 giorni fa per un tappo serbatoio di un decespugliatore e ho trovato conferma di quanto ho recensito , ho visto anche il nuovo negozio con utensili professionali e ho trovato numerosi clienti all interno , bravi ragazzi continuate così
I was there a few years ago, the owner does not comment but the employees are very kind, I read that now they are the owners, then I go there immediately just to greet them and see the new shop, I invite the readers to go and meet these good people, I was there 2 days ago for a tank cap of a brushcutter and I found confirmation of what I reviewed, I also saw the new shop with professional tools and I found numerous customers inside, good guys keep it up
