★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sa non avete un auto volkswagen o skoda non potete fare tagliando da loro. li ho contattati per be 2 volte dal loro sito per avere un preventivo su un tagliando, al quale non ho mai ricevuto riscontro. Allora decido di chiamare, risponde una signora, faccio notare la cosa, verifica e dice di non avere nessuna mail da parte mia, e le comunico che vorrei avere un preventivo, le do i vari dati e dice che mi avrebbe richiamato. A distanza di poco tempo mi chiama, e comincia a dirmi che il suo titolare aveva risposto alla mia e-mail, (cosa assolutamente non vera) comunicandomi che loro sono un officina autorizzata volkswagen e skoda,;. io allora le riscondo : quindi ? cosa vuol dire che altri marchi non li fate? non potete fare un tagliando?allora lei a caso spara un prezzo fuori dal mondo per il tagliando, sottolineando che sono officina autorizzata volksvagen e skoda, io la ringrazio e saluto.

 you know you don't have a volkswagen or skoda car you can't do it by servicing them. I contacted them twice from their site to get a quote on a coupon, to which I never received feedback. So I decide to call, a lady answers, I point it out, check and say that she has no email from me, and I tell her that I would like to have a quote, I give her the various data and says she would call me back. After a short time he calls me, and begins to tell me that his owner had replied to my e-mail, (which is absolutely not true) telling me that they are an authorized Volkswagen and Skoda workshop,;. I then answer them: so? what does it mean that other brands do not make them? can't you do a coupon? then she randomly shoots an out of this world price for the coupon, pointing out that i am an authorized volksvagen and skoda workshop, i thank you and greet you.

Inoltre, in una seconda occasione, ho portato la mia golf per azzerare una spia airbag pur conoscendone la causa della segnalazione. Il meccanico però si è GIUSTAMENTE rifiutato di farlo senza prima eseguire un controllo mirato come da protocollo. Purtroppo non c'è stato modo di farlo causa partenza per le ferie. Ritengo però il comportamento del meccanico lodevole, professionale e assolutamente corretto. se la mia VW avesse bisogno so dove portarla.

The mechanic, however, has JUSTLY refused to do so without first carrying out a targeted check as per protocol. Unfortunately there was no way to do this due to leaving for the holidays. However, I consider the mechanic's behavior to be commendable, professional and absolutely correct. if my VW needs it I know where to take it.

Avevano prospettato un intervento di 30 minuti e così è stato. L'auto funziona bene e quindi intervento riuscito. Qualità e professionalità molto buone. Sono molto soddisfatto.
All great. I made an online appointment for an intervention on my Golf, when I arrived they were ready and I didn't have to wait. They had proposed a 30-minute intervention and so it was. The car works well and therefore intervention is successful. Very good quality and professionalism. I am very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'officina si trova nella zona industriale di Rosate. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. L'officina si presenta pulita e ordinata. Ho portato la mia auto a riparare e il lavoro è stato fatto a regola d'arte. Tra un mese dovrò riportarla perché ha un'altro problema, però sono tranquilla perché sono persone competenti.
The workshop is located in the industrial area of Rosate. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The workshop is clean and tidy. I took my car to repair and the work was done properly. In a month I will have to bring it back because it has another problem, but I am calm because they are competent people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portata l'auto per sostituzione lunotto posteriore, mi aspettavo, dato che è un'officina volkswagen, che il lavoro fosse fatto alla perfezione. Invece vetro montato una prima volta storto quindi l'ho dovuto fare staccare e riattaccare di nuovo, nelle manovre hanno dapprima rotto lo spoiler posteriore(sostituito a spese loro), poi rigato la parte lucida dello stesso e la parte di spoiler sul tettuccio, rigato il portellone posteriore(giustificazione loro che i vetri cadono e non potevano farci nulla). A questi danni hanno provato a riparare passando penso della pasta abrasiva ma peggiorando solo la situazione lasciando la vernice della mia auto(Nero perla, con un costo optional non indifferente) tutta alonata, con i segni dei vetri sul portellone e con lo spoiler da tetto non attaccato alla perfezione. Mi spiace dover lasciare questa recensione, ma con una macchina nuova e tenuta maniacalmente, mi trovo un'auto con il posteriore tutto rigato e non per colpa mia.
Having brought the rear window replacement car, I expected, as it is a volkswagen workshop, that the job was done perfectly. Instead, the glass was mounted wrong for the first time so I had to have it detach and reattach again, in the maneuvers they first broke the rear spoiler (replaced at their expense), then scratched the shiny part of the same and the part of the spoiler on the roof, scratched the tailgate (justification to them that the windows fall and they couldn't do anything about it). They tried to repair these damages by passing I think of the abrasive paste but only worsening the situation, leaving the paint of my car (Pearl black, with a not indifferent optional cost) all haloed, with the signs of the glass on the tailgate and with the roof spoiler not attached to perfection. I'm sorry to have to leave this review, but with a new and maniacally maintained car, I find myself a car with the rear all streaked and not my fault.

Personale presente, educato e competente. Attenti al cliente. Hanno guadagnato un cliente! (Anche se spero di vederli il meno possibile?) consigliatissimo!
I had a problem with my Tiguan, I was welcomed even after closing time for a quick visit, they gave me an appointment and solved the problem in a very short time. Staff present, polite and competent. Attentive to the customer. They have earned a customer! (Although I hope to see them as little as possible?) highly recommended!
