★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato ! e sono già stata buona. Ho telefonato sabato mattina per prendere appuntamento per un taglio e mi hanno fissato appuntamento (senza chiedermi nemmeno il nome) per ieri alle 15. Sono arrivata puntuale , ho suonato. Entrando Io ho salutato nessuno del personale ha ricambiato. e ho detto di avere un appuntamento Mi è stato chiesto cosa dovevo fare e ho risposto. nessuno mi ha indicato dove appoggiare il cappotto o dove sedermi in attesa. Mi sono seduta con il cappotto in grembo su un divanetto e sono stata lì quasi dieci minuti senza che nessuno mi guardasse o mi chiarisse quale sarebbe stato il mio destino. Mi sono alzata ho chiesto " Scusi signora per uscire?" Senza domandare niente mi hanno aperto ho salutato dicendo che ci saremmo visti un'altra volta aggiungendo in tono polemico "molto accoglienti" ovviamente nessuna risposta. Poi si stupiscono quando si va dai cinesi.
I gave ! and I've already been good. I phoned Saturday morning to make an appointment for a cut and they made an appointment (without even asking me for the name) for yesterday at 3 pm. I arrived on time, I rang. Upon entering I greeted none of the staff returned. and I said I have an appointment I was asked what I had to do and I replied. nobody told me where to put my coat on or where to sit waiting. I sat with my coat on my lap on a sofa and I was there almost ten minutes without anyone looking at me or clarifying my destiny. I got up and asked "Excuse me, lady for going out?" Without asking anything they opened me I said goodbye saying that we would see each other again adding in a polemical tone "very welcoming" obviously no answer. Then they are surprised when they go to the Chinese.
