Per una risposta di un ordine di oltre 250€ mi hanno risposto dopo un mese, solo dopo averli contattati più volte via mail e fax! Se fate dei concorsi e loro sono degli sponsor state attenti! PESSIMO customer service !!!! they respond late to emails and often don't even read them or maybe trash them, as happens with faxes too! Solo a distanza di una settimana dall'ordine, dopo una mia nuova telefonata, mi hanno confessato che la merce non è disponibile. Sconsigliatissimo l'acquisto da questo sito.
