★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non chiamare mai più questa carrozzeria perché non riconoscono il premio in modo corretto! Se il premio si dà sulla chiamata, non si dà di meno se non ci guadagnano abbastanza sulla macchina riparata.
Never call this body shop again because they don't recognize the prize correctly! If the prize is given on the call, it is not given less if they do not earn enough on the repaired machine.

Hanno approfittato della confusione mentale del momento, facendomi credere di essere convenzionati con la mia assicurazione (io nel mio pacchetto avevo soccorso stradale compreso) ma l'amara realtà era l'opposto.
Quindi, mea culpa che non mi sono accertata, ma occhio a questi sciacalli che se ne approfittano (come tanti altri d'altronde). Quindi il mio consiglio è: se avete soccorso stradale gratuito chiamatelo esclusivamente voi e diffidate di chi arriva a pochi minuti dal fattaccio.
They arrived at the scene of the accident, picking up signals sent by satellite from my damaged car.
They took advantage of the mental confusion of the moment, making me believe that I had an agreement with my insurance (I included roadside assistance in my package) but the bitter reality was the opposite.
So, mea culpa that I have not ascertained, but watch out for these jackals who take advantage of it (like so many others). So my advice is: if you have free roadside assistance call it exclusively you and beware of those arriving a few minutes from the crime.
