★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo comunicarvi che dai primi giorni di ottobre la palestra si è rinnovata sia come struttura che come offerta vantaggiosa dei prezzi.Da circa 10 mesi frequento la palestra con risultati ben visibili, le mie passate primavere si sono ringiovanite di 10 anni, i vari malesseri della nostro tempo come ad esempio mal di schiena, dolori alle ginocchia, sovrappeso, trigliceridi, sedentarietà, stress alimentare etc. hanno subito un bel tracollo, me ne accorgo quando gioco a tennis o faccio le scale. Finisco con quest’ultima considerazione: Più della metà degli italiani afferma di non credere nei miracoli. Poi però si iscrive in palestra un mese prima delle vacanze. Claudio su questo aforisma mi rispose: Per i miracoli ci stiamo organizzando sui fatti siamo i numberOne.

Facendo solo sala pesi non posso valutare le altre sezioni però vi posso dire che è una palestra attrezzata abbastanza bene, solo che alcuni macchinari sono un po' logori, cioè che ad esempio i gommini dove si possono mettere le mani (esempio lampante la leg extension), sono rovinati e personalmente mi dà molto fastidio. Secondo me è la miglior palestra ad Anguillara quindi affrettatevi ad iscrivervi
