★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza di vendita e post vendita ricevuta per l'acquisto di un turbante di Mary Jane Claverol. Premesso che compro luxury brands all'80% online (quindi ho valutato svariati customer care), non mi soffermo sulle info spedizione (per le quali ho dovuto telefonare dato che lo shipping center del fornitore non era chiaro), ci tengo a precisare che prima di tale recensione mi sono interfacciata con la signora Annapaola telefonicamente, la quale mi ha assicurato che avrebbe provveduto ad una compensazione parlandone con il titolare. Il disastro è stato nell'impacchettamento del prodotto, ricevuto in una polverosissima bustina di plastica bianca dello shop e senza Dust bag originale nera firmata Mary Jane Claverol nè secondaria dust bag bianca che il marchio stesso (e tutti gli shop online) includono nel pacchetto (cito Yoox, DoubleF, Farfetch, MyTheresa, Netaporter) di cui sono a conoscenza poichè fan del marchio. Davvero delusa poichè nonostante lo avessi fatto loro notare, non si sono curati neanche di fornirmela con secondaria spedizione nè mi hanno offerto la compensazione promessa. Sconsigliato sicuramente, non acquisterò più da loro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ International Customers: Nugnes 1920 is not recommended for purchases. Unhelpful with returns even within the return window. They do not supply a return shipping label and you must ship at own expense. Keep in mind the Italian postal system is unreliable and does not deliver on time...all this to say you are stuck with your purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My clothes came damaged (not from shipping as they were wrapped and packed properly) with pulls on the front of the sweater. They asked for photos and then never responded. I wouldn't buy from them internationally, but the prices were good and they were (initially) prompt in responses.
