Ma veniamo al punto. Di padre in figlio da piu' di cinquant'anni si tramandano l'arte della panificazione ed il preziosissimo lievito madre. Probabilmente uno dei motivi che rende i loro "pani ed affini" fraganti anche il giorno successivo. La scelta e' veramente vasta e,per chiudere in bellezza la sera(consiglio di telefonare prima)pizza,pizza,pizza! Ah,se avete dimenticato latte o uova,una parete refrigerata offre un sufficiente assortimento per i piu' distratti. Da provare il pane giallo o di doppia semola rimacinata. Una consistenza unica e se messo in freezer,una volta scongelato sfiderei chiunque a distinguerlo da quello di giornata. The history of milling in Torre Annunziata is centuries old. Gestore molto cordiale, tantissimi complimenti al signor Luciano, autentico fuoriclasse. Torneremo sicuramente. Fabulous pizza, bread and desserts at very reasonable prices. Also try the very good first courses. Very friendly manager, many compliments to Mr. Luciano, a true champion. We will definitely be back.
