β β β β β The rooms were spacious however the hotel was very full. The shower was not so great as it was hard to get in an out due to a bathtub/shower. Hallway quite dirty but this comes down to the guestsβ¦ also people slamming room doors. Breakfast was a mess, lines for up to 30 mins; again many guests plus People over ordering food and not eating itβ¦ a real shame to see this. I do not believe 14 euro should be charged for a simple continental breakfast + arriving to the collection/ordering area and not having much food left.Another point to highlight is that the bar was closed, a coffee in the morning would have been nice. Staff were quite stressed with all this chaotic atmosphere

β β β β β Worst experience ever. Be aware parking is not safe. Our car window is broken and our bag is stolen in front of the hotel. On that day they broke one other car as well. Nobody cared. They said it happens sometimes and they have a private parking as well. Nobody warned us about that. If we would know we would park the private parking. But not sure if that would not happen there.
The pool is cold. The kids were disaappointed. Long queue at breakfast

It's very sad to see a hotel like that not being taken care of considering it belongs to the Novotel brand.

β β β β β Albeit a bit dated, the amenities were very good, the staff was kind and the room was spacious. It is located around 20 minuted on foot from the Mestre center, but well connected with public transport. Daily cleaning is available.

β β β β β Easy to arrive with a car. BUS station for visiting Venice is 10 minutes walk from a hotel. OK breakfast. Childrens bed is not so good.

β β β β β The rooms are big and clean and its pretty near to the bus station.
We couldnt enjoy our breakfast because it was way tooo loud and the stuff wanted everyone to sit in one area of the restaurant and the other one was closed. On the third day i asked to eat on the other side cause also the tables were to near to eachother.. Shortly before 10 the women started to collect the plates and go between the tables disturbing your breakfast.. Its a no go from my point of view!!
