★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata la prima volta con Groupon e mi sono trovata benino, il taglio mi era piaciuto ma i colpi di sole erano decisamente esagerati e per niente naturali rispetto a quanto avevo chiesto e a come ero abituata. Ho provato a ritornarci dopo alcuni mesi: ho chiesto colpi di luce più scuri rispetto ai precedenti e mi sono ritrovata con gli stesso colpi, chiarissimi e gialli, a ciocche molto definite, orribili. Addirittura con già la ricrescita vicino alle orecchie. Per rimediare mi hanno cercato di tonalizzare alcune ciocche ma l'insieme è rimasto quello, capelli chiarissimi, tutti gialli, per niente naturali. Prezzo esagerato per un lavoro del genere. Salone molto carino, arredato con gusto e originalità.
 I went with Groupon for the first time and I felt pretty good, I liked the cut but the highlights were definitely exaggerated and not at all natural compared to what I had asked for and how I was used to. I tried to go back after a few months: I asked for darker highlights than the previous ones and I found myself with the same strokes, very light and yellow, with very defined, horrible locks. Even with the regrowth already near the ears. To remedy me they tried to tone some locks but the whole remained the same, very light hair, all yellow, not natural at all. Exaggerated price for such a job. Very nice living room, furnished with taste and originality.

Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni sul perché di un conto tanto sostenuto mi è stato risposto, in maniera per niente gentile, che avevo molta ricrescita e quindi è stato usato molto prodotto... Mai sentita una risposta così... Inoltre i prezzi sono esposti in un angolo e in maniera poco leggibile e ad ogni modo anche provando a fare la somma non era comprensibile come potesse venire fuori il prezzo finale. Poi mi hanno messo un prodotto dopo lo shampoo ma anche lì non c' è stata chiarezza e non si possono sparate prezzi altissimi per qualsiasi cosa, o ad ogni modo sarebbe giusto poter vedere sul cartellone esposto (scritto appunto in maniera assai poco leggibile!) Il prezzo di certe creme o balsami o maschere.
Quando ho fatto notare che si faceva estremamente fatica ad arrivare al prezzo finale, estremamente più alto di quanto mi aspettassi, mi è stato anche sgarbatamente risposto 'Mettiti gli occhiali' ed è seguito lo sgradevole consiglio 'Vai in altri posti più adatti a te', con connotazione negativa.
Io so benissimo che non mi era stato fatto un preventivo e lo confermo.
Very high and difficult to understand prices. When I asked for explanations on the reason for such a large bill, I was told, in a not at all polite way, that I had a lot of regrowth and therefore a lot of product was used ... I have never heard such an answer ... Furthermore, the prices are displayed in an angle and in an unreadable way and in any case even trying to make the sum it was not understandable how the final price could come out. Then they put a product on me after the shampoo but even there there was no clarity and you can't shoot very high prices for anything, or in any case it would be right to be able to see on the displayed billboard (written in a very unreadable way!) The price of certain creams or balms or masks.
When I pointed out that it was extremely difficult to arrive at the final price, which was extremely higher than I expected, I was also rudely replied 'Put on your glasses' and followed the unpleasant advice 'Go to other places more suitable for you' , with negative connotations.
I know very well that I was not given a quote and I confirm it.
