★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel with a lot of sport facilities, great conference room and nice food. Ideal for organizing congresses, the only disadvantage is the distance from Novara (you always need a car to reach the hotel, no possibility with public transportation)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there for business. Rooms were good. service was bad; staff was uninterested. For instance at the reception desk conversation with colleagues was more urgent then helping clients. At the restaurant staff was talking with oneanother when serving clients. All in all didnt make me feel welcome.
