Personale professionale e disponibile. Sono più di 40 anni che porto le varie macchine che ho avuto presso questa officina. Historic tire sales and replacement workshop run by his nephew who took over from his uncle, the legendary Cecco Rosetta, Fiorentina player. Professional and helpful staff. I have been bringing the various machines that I have had in this workshop for more than 40 years.

Loro sapevano benissimo che andavo con le mie gomme ma non avevano avvisato di questo. Mi da del bugiardo. Ma se così fosse dov’erano le gomme ordinate per me? Comunque gli faccio presente che lo smaltimento è a carico loro per legge. Il privato non può letteralmente smaltire i pneumatici delle auto. Mi aggredisce verbalmente dicendo che truffo l’Italia per aver comprato le gomme su internet. Minaccia di chiamare la polizia. Sicuro della mia posizione lo invito a farlo e magicamente non funziona il telefono e mi smaltisce lui le mie vecchie gomme. Altra domanda: se avevo torto come mai me le ha smaltite lui? Arroganti e maleducati. Va bene solo per gli amici suoi che tratta con i guanti. Per tutti gli altri state alla larga! B	Barbara Di Franco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa a livello umano...errore dell'ora di prenotazione accusando l'altra persona di non aver capito....le hanno detto di tornare alle ore 12 a riprendere l'auto e non c'era piu' nessuno...dopo varie insistenze le hanno aperto .....le hanno criticato che aveva le gomme di Grassi ....devono solo ringraziare che qualche cliente del Grassi vada ancora da loro!! Datevi un giro di chiave che forse non va bene cosi'...Peccato !! Negative experience on a human level ... booking time error accusing the other person of not having understood .... they told her to come back at 12 to pick up the car and there was no one left .. .After several insistence they opened her ..... they criticized her that she had Grassi tires .... they just have to thank that some Grassi customers still go to them !! Diventeranno i "miei" gommisti di fiducia. Pienamente soddisfatta! I took the car for a convergence service: I found there courteous, helpful, competent and professional staff. m	morena barbaglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovata male il proprietario cafone e arrogante .. se non ha bisogno di lavorare potrebbe anche evitare di ricevere i clienti ...sconsigliatissimo la cortesia rende signori purtroppo qui c e solo maleducazione . Dice pure che non ha bisogno di lavorare ...ci sono altri gommisti educati .mai piu oltretutto gomme diverse e sottomarche pagate 280 euro in NERO ..ringrazio tanto il gran non signor Perotti ma signori si nasce ..
