Non ci sono parole per descrivere la scarsa professionalità delle persone con cui ho avuto lo spiacere di trovarmi a discutere. Irreperibili su qualsiasi fronte, solo quando parli di avvocati riesci a parlare con il titolare. Pensare che per risolvere problemi di ordinaria amministrazione ci sono voluti quasi 3 mesi (e ad oggi 28 Dicembre 2016 non abbiamo ancora risolto) fa pensare che per risolvere problemi ben più gravi ci sia bisogno di almeno 3 o 4 rinnovi mandato. Non li consiglio.
I have the misfortune of being a condominium managed by Nova Studio sas. There are no words to describe the lack of professionalism of the people with whom I have been sorry to find myself arguing. You can't get on any front, only when you talk about lawyers can you talk to the owner. To think that to solve routine problems it took nearly three months (and to date 28 December 2016 have not yet solved) suggests that to solve more serious problems we need at least 3 or 4 renewals mandate. I don't recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEGLI ULTIMI ANNI SONO DIVENTATI INVISIBILI E NON RISOVONO I PROBLEMI DEL CONDOMINIO , SONO MOLTO GENERICI NEL RISOLVERLI.
IN THE LAST YEARS THEY HAVE BECOME INVISIBLE AND DO NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEMS OF THE CONDOMINIUM, THEY ARE VERY GENERIC IN SOLVING THEM.
