★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso certo dire di essere stato trattato bene: all'affermazione "dottore mi fa male il polpaccio", ottengo come risposta: "lo dica a chi l'ha operata"; a questo seguono continue frecciatine nei confronti del chirurgo. Mi rilascia una foglio su cui indica 10 sedute di fisioterapia urgenti mentre sull'impegnativa scrive 8 sedute senza indicare l'urgenza. Al termine della visita la segretaria se ne era andata in pausa pranzo sapendo che avevo necessità di avere la giustificazione per l'eventuale visita fiscale; giustificazione che poi o trovato sulla sua scrivania ma riportante dati errati. Ce ne sarebbero anche altre da dire, ma lasciamo perdere.
Esperienza assolutamente negativa.
 I certainly cannot say that I was treated well: to the statement "doctor hurts my calf", I get as an answer: "tell it to those who operated on it"; this is followed by continuous jabs towards the surgeon. He gives me a paper indicating 10 urgent physiotherapy sessions while on the paper he writes 8 sessions without indicating the urgency. At the end of the visit, the secretary left for lunch, knowing that I needed to have the justification for a possible tax visit; justification that then or found on his desk but reporting incorrect data. There would also be others to say, but forget it.
Absolutely negative experience.

Disponibilità all'ascolto prossima allo zero, spiegazioni idem se non peggio.
Insomma vado per un problema abbastanza serio (per me, non per la fisiatra che evidentemente aveva incombenze ben più gravi). Tempo totale della visita: 5 minuti scarsi, ad essere generosi. Comprensivi di tragitto verso la sala d'aspetto.
Ovviamente, assolutamente sconsigliato.
Physiatric visit: bad experience.
Willingness to listen close to zero, explanations ditto if not worse.
In short, I go for a fairly serious problem (for me, not for the physiatrist who obviously had much more serious tasks). Total time of the visit: scarce 5 minutes, to be generous. Including travel to the waiting room.
Obviously, absolutely not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appuntamento per visita medico sportiva (con un bambino di 7 anni) alle 15.45...attendiamo fuori sotto il porticato con altre dieci/dodici persone..in piedi ovviamente...arrivano le 16...le 16.15...le 16.30...entriamo alle 17.25...un'ora e quaranta minuti di ritardo...Se si fissano appuntamenti ogni cinque minuti è naturale che il ritardo si accumuli. Nessun rispetto per l'utenza che prenota settimane prima la visita. Per quanto mi riguarda ultima volta che mi rivolgo a questa struttura.
Appointment for a sports medical examination (with a 7-year-old child) at 3.45 pm ... we wait outside on the porch with ten / twelve other people ... standing obviously ... 4 pm arrives ... 4.15 pm ... 4.30 pm ... we come in at 5.25pm ... an hour and forty minutes late ... If you make appointments every five minutes, it is natural for the delay to accumulate. No respect for users who book the visit weeks before. As for me last time I turn to this property.

Appuntamento oggi per una visita fisioterapica alle 15.20, visita che attendevo da 2 mesi.
Non mi hanno permesso di entrare in quanto con me c'era mia figlia di 7 anni, non vaccinata in quanto troppo piccola. Essendo quindi senza greenpass per loro non poteva accedere con me alla struttura, nemmeno rimanendo in sala d'attesa.
Mi hanno bloccato all'ingresso dicendomi che sarei stato ricontattato per riprenotare l'appuntamento.
Domani farò denuncia per violenza privata!

Appointment today for a physiotherapy visit at 3.10 pm, a visit I had been waiting for for 2 months.
They did not allow me to enter as my 7-year-old daughter was with me, not vaccinated as she was too small. Therefore, being without a greenpass, he could not access the structure with me, not even remaining in the waiting room.
They blocked me at the entrance and told me that I would be contacted to rebook the appointment.
Tomorrow I will file a report for private violence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo brutta esperienza, mi reco in loco per una visita fisiatrica fissata quasi 2 mesi fa, mi viene detto che non ci sono medici e che il mio appuntamento era stato anticipato di 3 gg, peccato che io non sia mai stata avvertita.
Appurato che avevano il mio numero corretto, controllo per scrupolo persino l'elenco delle chiamate ricevute per dimostrare di non aver parlato con nessuno della struttura.
Mi sono fatta 30 km per un loro errore, dopo questa esperienza, mai più.

Having ascertained that they had my correct number, I even check the list of calls received to prove that I have not spoken to anyone in the structure.
