★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho avuto una buona impressione, sono andata nella sede di via Roma 366 Torino .Saranno anche brave professionalmente ma la mia prima esperienza è stata negativa,avevo ricevuto in omaggio un trattamento viso o corpo,vengo telefonata per fissare un appuntamento. L' appuntamento mi viene dato dopo un mese ma per me nessun problema, mi chiedono di essere puntuale perche' hanno appuntamenti uno dietro l'altro, ma arrivata li mi spiegano cosa trattano e cioe estetica avanzata, decidiamo per cui di fare un trattamento viso omaggio ma guarda caso purtroppo non c è posto tutti impegnati, ( preciso che l 'appuntamento è stato preso da loro, x un trattamento omaggio)per cui ho perso un ' ora del mio tempo per andare li per sentirmi dire che si occupano di estetica avanzata cosa che avevo gia' capito e se volevo potevamo fissare un altro appuntamento. Fantastico...direi

They will also be good professionally but my first experience was negative, I received a facial or body treatment for free, I get a call to make an appointment. The appointment is given to me after a month but for me no problem, they ask me to be punctual because they have appointments one after the other, but when they arrive they explain to me what they treat and that is advanced aesthetics, we decide for which to make a facial treatment free but unfortunately there is no place all committed, (I specify that the appointment was taken by them, for a free treatment) so I lost an hour of my time to go there to be told that they are dealing with aesthetics advanced thing I already understood and if I wanted we could set another appointment. Fantastic ... I would say

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la fortuna di essere stata seguita da tutte le ragazze che sono state sempre disponibili, pazienti e sopratutto competenti, per circa due mesi acquistando un pacchetto completo. oggi ultima verifica delle misure e sono contenta dei risultati! Ho perso molti cm sia sui fianchi che sulle cosce. Ho ripreso la mia taglia! I macchinari sono di ottima qualità. Centro molto pulito e organizzato. Ottimi anche i prodotti per il viso. Mi sono affidata e hanno soddisfatto totalmente le mie aspettative, grazie Ragazze!

Professional, very kind and smiling, the Nova Gran Madre girls made my stay in the beauty center a real treat. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace fare cattive recensioni ma la mia esperienza è stata pessima. Massaggio di 1 h durato 55', pagato incredibilmente caro (90€, senza ricevuta) in un contesto così rumoroso e poco accogliente da essere irritante. Rumori degli strumenti utilizzati nelle camere vicine e vociare ad alta voce del personale e cliente passante vicino alla mia stanza hanno davvero reso il massaggio un'esperienza da non ripetere.
Non do' una sola stella perché il personale è stato gentile.
Sorry to do bad reviews but my experience was bad. 1 hour massage lasting 55 ', paid incredibly expensive (90 €, without receipt) in a context so noisy and unwelcoming as to be irritating. Noises from instruments used in neighboring rooms and loud voices from staff and customers passing by near my room really made the massage an experience not to be repeated.
I don't give a single star because the staff was nice.
