Brutta esperienza con questa ditta. Abbiamo acquistato un distributore e dopo poco tempo si è guastato . A distanza di oltre 2 settimane e più solleciti non riescono a mandare fuori un tecnico per la riparazione. Non la consiglio a nessuno. Non sono professionali. Il loro post vendita e pessimo

mi sono trovato male con questa ditta , oltre 3 mesi per un pezzo di ricambio su un prodotto nuovo acquistato 6 mesi prima e ancora non mi sanno quantificare il preventivo, figuriamoci risolvermi il problema. Ovviamente non la consiglio e dovrò recarmi all'ufficio consumatori per risolvere il problema. Nel frattempo e mesi che non ho guadagni su questa macchina perchè ferma guasta.
I found myself badly with this company, over 3 months for a spare part on a new product purchased 6 months before and I still don't know how to quantify the budget, let alone solve the problem. Obviously I don't recommend it and I will have to go to the consumer office to solve the problem. In the meantime and months that I have no gains on this machine because it stops failing.
