Mi hanno detto che il destinatario era sconosciuto quando allo stesso indirizzo è sempre arrivato tutto senza problemi, ed ora dovrei anche pagare 8 euro per il pacco che è tornato indietro. Oggi addirittura mi è stato chiesto di recensire il prodotto che tuttora non mi è mai arrivato. Le cose sono 2 o mi viene dato il mio prodotto, oppure mi viene fatto un rimborso e farò anche ricorso legalmente per truffa. Se possibile gradirei avere un numero di telefono valido da contattare dato che quello presente su internet è spento o irraggiungibile. Chiunque ordini, a meno che non vada nel negozio, regala soldi a caso. Mi hanno addirittura chiamato dicendomi che mi avrebbero dato un voucher, ovviamente, non accettato perché volevo il rimborso. Le mail te le rispondono dopo 4 volte che le mandi a distanza di 3/7 giorni l'una dall'altra. Leggendo le recensioni ho capito che quelli che scrivono "ladri... Truffa.. ecc" scrivono solo la verità. Si può capire benissimo perché i proprietari rispondono solo se si compara il negozio online a quello fisico e non difendono il loro sito da quello che viene detto. Quindi si può ben capire che è tutta una truffa. Mi complimento con quelli della Notre perché il sito e i video in Instagram con le scuse per i ritardi sono molto credibili. Quello di Natale ci ha messo un po' ad arrivare (ma era segnalato nel sito), quello fatto in Febbraio mi é arrivato dopo 4 giorni. Il personale é disponibile, il brand ha una grafica molto bella e il prodotto finito é fatto bene. Esperienza positiva. I made two orders: one at Christmas and one after. The Christmas one took a while to arrive (but it was reported on the site), the one done in February arrived after 4 days. The staff is helpful, the brand has very nice graphics and the finished product is well done. Positive experience.
