Il tutto in considerazione del fatto che nell'arco di questi 80 minuti circa di attesa non c'è stato un afflusso di gente tale da giustificare un simile ritardo. Infine, se un cliente espone al personale addetto un proprio giustificato disagio non è educato né professionale rispondere in maniera piccata troncando di netto la conversazione.
