★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto un documento di un atto del 2014 (avevo fatto una surroga e mi ero trovata bene), mi è stato risposto che l'avrei avuta per e mail in giornata. Dopo una settimana non ricevendo nessuna mail ho richiamato.... Ora mi fanno aspettare un mese, anzi l'atto lo può trovare online il nuovo notaio, loro devono recuperarlo cartaceo. Allora gli altri lo trovano online e loro no?!?!?!. Sia l'impiegata della prima telefonata che quello della seconda si sono dimostrati scortesi e frettolosi
I asked for a document of a deed of 2014 (I had done a subrogation and I was happy), I was told that I would have it by e-mail within the day. After a week not receiving any e-mails, I called back .... Now they make me wait a month, indeed the new notary can find the deed online, they have to retrieve it on paper. So others find it online and they don't?!?!?!. Both the employee on the first call and the one on the second were rude and hasty
