Prima fanno un preventivo con un prezzo interessante per poi chiamare le parti un'ora prima della stipula dell'atto chiedendo parecchie altre centinaia di euro in più con una scusa quale che che di fossero tasse aggiuntive delle quali, ovviamente, erano perfettamente a conoscenza.
Naturalmente, arrivati a quel punto, nessuno rinuncia a stipulare.
Inoltre ci avevano promesso che avrebbero inserito alcune clausole sull'atto e l'avrebbero registrato in pochi giorni, e non ne hanno mantenuta nessuna.
Evidentemente non si vergognano più di niente.
Da notare che le altre recensioni positive su questa persona sono state redatte da utenti con una, due o pochissime altre recensioni e un tale Gasperoni lavora nello studio.
Tramite il nostro legale stiamo studiando la possibilità di segnalarla all'Ordine.
La fattura è stata ottenuta solo a seguito di minaccia, a parte nostra e dell'acquirente, di rivolgerci alla Guardia di Finanza.
Se ne avete la possibilità, prendete un accordo per stipulare e, quando vi aumentano il prezzo, annullate l'appuntamento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' un notaio molto professionale,che fa i giusti controlli e non ti rogita se c'è un minimo problema formale o urbanistico, mi è capitato di rogitare in passato con un altro professionista,che definirlo un cane è un complimento.
Possono sembrare pesanti per tutte le richieste, ma fidatevi meglio un controllo in più,che ritrovarsi poi immobili abusivi o altre situazioni ingestibili dopo.

He is a very professional notary, who does the right checks and does not deed to you if there is a minimum formal or urban planning problem, I have happened to deed in the past with another professional, that calling him a dog is a compliment.
They may seem heavy for all the requests, but trust an extra control, than finding yourself abusive real estate or other unmanageable situations later.
