★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non capisco la ragione della valutazione negativa a me data da tale Trevisan Irene, valutazione di per sé offensiva e denigratoria nei miei confronti. Forse la stessa pensa che andare dal Notaio sia come andare da un macellaio, a cui basta ordinare un kg di un certo tipo di carne e si viene subito serviti? L'attività del Notaio richiede, al contrario, spesso e volentieri studio e riflessione sulla documentazione presentata dalle parti, documentazione spesso lacunosa ed incompleta come nel caso di specie, e ciò comporta necessariamente tempi lunghi nel rispondere alle richieste delle parti. Non si possono dare pertanto giudizi su un'attività così delicata come quella svolta dal Notaio, se non si ha esperienza in merito. E penso che la detta signora Trevisan Irene non ne abbia alcuna.

Therefore, judgments cannot be made on such a delicate activity as that carried out by the Notary, if one has no experience in this regard. And I think that Mrs. Trevisan Irene has none.
