Dopo 15 giorni esatti alla mia richiesta telefonica di aggiornamenti mi viene risposto testualmente: "non abbiamo tempo per questo preventivo".
Ci sarà forse stato poco da guadagnare?

 Requested a quote for the first home purchase deed and after having sent me the documents for the quote by e-mail, they do not deign to reply. After exactly 15 days to my telephone request for updates, I was replied verbatim: "we don't have time for this quote".
