★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pratica di compravendita è stata trasmessa alla banca che doveva accreditarmi il mutuo con un notevole ritardo (più di un mese dal rogito). Al telefono non ho avuto spiegazioni che giustificassero il ritardo. Per cui invito chi avrà a che fare con questo studio a stare molto attento.
 The purchase and sale procedure was sent to the bank which had to credit me the loan with a considerable delay (more than a month from the deed). On the phone I had no explanations to justify the delay. So I invite those who will be dealing with this study to be very careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendo case dal 1992 e di studi notarili ne ho visti.. ma ogni volta che ho a che fare con lo studio del notaio Bonanni sono sereno perché la competenza e la disponibilità rendono tutto più fluido e quando si arriva alla stipula tutte le parti sono d'accordo senza malintesi o incompresioni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nell'atto di acquisto non ha menzionato il regolamento di condominio e non lo ha allegato, inoltre durante il rogito non è stato possibile aggiungere una clausola. Un notaio deve essere imparziale mi ha dato tutta l'impressione che fosse di parte (opposta) nonostante lo scelto io.
In the deed of purchase he did not mention the condominium regulation and did not attach it, also during the deed it was not possible to add a clause. A notary must be impartial, he gave me the whole impression that he was biased (opposite) despite the fact that I chose him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non sono rimasta contenta. Arrivato in ritardo di più di un'ora senza scusarsi. Mandate mail con richiesta fatture e doc ricevute dopo 1 mese a sguito di una mia mail abbastanza rammaricata e con intervento di terze persone. Mi spiace, ma lo sconsiglio.
