★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Notaio poco serio , dopo aver visionato una procura 4 giorni prima ed aver fissato l’appuntamento fa chiamare dal suo assistente e cancella l’appuntamento con solo un ora di preavviso rifiutandosi di firmare la procura senza tante spiegazioni aggiuntive, creandomi non pochi problemi. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.

Dimenticò di inserire una particella nell'atto e il notaio ovviamente non si accorse di nulla... Su consiglio di un amico sono andato dal notaio Giordani che mi ha fornito tutte le spiegazioni e i consigli su cosa fare per le mie esigenze, con piena disponibilità e cordialità. Atto perfetto!
