Durante la lettura dell’atto notarile, di un TUO atto che poi dovrai essere TU a firmare, non lo puoi assolutamente fermare per chiedergli di modificare qualcosa nel TUO documento. Se lo fai, egli si irrita e ti inveisce contro in un modo esagerato e fuori luogo, trattandoti in maniera brusca e davvero poco elegante! Assurdo, vero? Ebbene è proprio così: non puoi fermare questo notaio mentre legge il TUO atto notarile per fargli cambiare qualcosa sull'atto che poi TU devi firmare, altrimenti va su tutte le furie! Situazione assurda e patetica! Inoltre, una frase importante che era presente nella bozza di lettura è poi sparita dall’atto firmato e registrato! Quindi, se avete la sfortuna di essere capitati da questo notaio, state attenti: rileggete tutto l’atto prima di firmare perché potrebbero scomparire alcune frasi. E per finire voleva farmi pagare 40 euro per avere anch'io come venditore una copia dell'atto notarile registrato! Cosa mai capitata con altri notai. In conclusione, ecco il mio consiglio: evitate assolutamente questo notaio! Bad experience with this notary. I strongly advise against it!
