★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I went into Nostrano at 10:30 pm, asked for desert and manager refused to serve only desert. Then we told him we understand and we would order a meal with desert. At that point he told us to wait, as he had to go ask if the kitchen was still open. As we waited for him to come back, we noticed a few tables that had only been served bread and not their main meals yet. He come back to announce, the kitchen was closed to turn us away. How disappointing for a Michelin star restaurant to behave in that manner. That's one way to lose your clients.

Probabli the best italian modern restaurant in Pesaro.
With a very short and modern menu every dish was susprinsingly original and tasty.
The wine menu is very good with ample to choose from at reasonable prices.
Would definitely go back!

We only had bread and water for 45 minutes, after complaining we got to order the classic set menu. No compensation and despite the bad service they even charged us for the service.
Worst experience for a Michelin restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is so good, we scope here every time we visit Pesaro. Although the chef combines different flavors the dishes aren't exaggerated or pretentious. He finds a way to blend the flavors without losing their integrity. No fish was over bearing they were all hearty and pleasant.
