It's wonderful, she's wonderful, the rooms are beautiful, very clean, facing the sea, everything is taken care of well maintained beautiful nice neat clean smelling. The only flaw to do breakfast at the bar but in the room there is everything that is provided to you

Dotata di tutti i comfort,, tv, aria condizionata, frigo, macchinetta caffè e cappuccino, bollitore.per colazione c'è the, caffè, latte, yogurt, fette biscottate, merendine, nutella e insomma se possibile i proprietari cercano di accontentare ogni richiesta. Sono molto disponibili e gentili
New structure. Cozy, refined, clean room. Equipped with all comforts, TV, air conditioning, fridge, coffee and cappuccino machine, kettle. For breakfast there is tea, coffee, milk, yogurt, rusks, snacks, nutella and in short, if possible the owners try to satisfy every request. They are very helpful and kind

Good b & b in a quiet area of Ostia. Warm, well-insulated room. Structure of recent construction, spacious bathroom with excellent shower. Mattresses and networks that can be improved. Quick breakfast at a bar just 200 meters and near the metro station for Rome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnes très accueillantes. L’endroit est idéal pour profiter du bord de mer de Ostia et trouver une place de parking est facile. Pour ce qui est de la chambre et de l’hôtel, tout est très très propre et notre chambre avait un mobilier neuf très joli ainsi qu’un lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est servit directement en chambre, il est de qualité aussi. Rien à redire sur ce séjour très agréable.
Very welcoming people. The location is ideal for enjoying Ostia's seaside and finding a parking space is easy. As for the room and the hotel, everything is very very clean and our room had very nice new furniture and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is served directly in your room, it is also quality. Nothing to say about this very pleasant stay.

Camera nuovissima ben organizzata è provvista di tutti i comfort compresa macchinetta del caffè, bollitore e macchinetta per montare il latte.
Pulizia più che perfetta e i proprietari di una squisitezza unica.
Se dovete soggiornare qui a Lido di Ostia non esitate a scegliere questo b&b.
What can I say, my stay is not finished yet, but there is no need to wait to say that it is the best B&B I have stayed in.
Brand new, well-organized room equipped with all comforts including coffee maker, kettle and milk frother.
More than perfect cleaning and the owners of a unique delicacy.
