Tornato in negozio la commessa scortese mi ha tolto il prezzo dal cartellino e non mi ha voluto ridare i soldi dicendomi che mi avrebbe fatto un buono che io non ho accettato. Commessa scortese e poco commerciale. Contattato dal responsabile del punto vendita persona gentilissima da 1 passa a 3 stelle.

North Sails secondo me è sempre stato un passo in avanti nel suo settore.. sarà anche una questione di gusti, però ogni volta che passo davanti alla loro sede presso l’Outlet Castel Romano, entro volentieri a dare un occhiata ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Importante marca dai prezzi per niente economici ma da prodotti eccellenti. Ogni una due settimane si trova la super offerta outlet dove un giaccone o un maglione o altro prodotto si può trovare al prezzo metà della metà.

Sono stato in negozio Sabato pomeriggio.m, un giorno in cui l’affluenza della clientela è prevedibilmente alta.
All’entrata non vi era nessuno che gestiva le entrate come di norma.
Dunque quasi distratto e spensierato sono entrato in negozio senza che alcuno mi invitasse ad aspettare fuori. Dopo breve tempo mi son sentito rimproverare indirettamente dallo staff del negozio, con frasi a mezza bocca del tipo “fanno come gli pare” “non capiscono nulla”.
Io posso essere super comprensivo ma il rispetto del cliente dovrebbe venire al primo posto, sopratutto nell’ambito del retail; se avete avuto una mancanza e non c’è nessuno all’entrata che dirige le entrate la colpa non può essere del cliente che incoscientemente entra. Se volete rimediare allo sbaglio potreste chiedere al cliente gentilmente di pazientare fuori e non rimproverarlo dopo tempo con frasi a mezza bocca.

Volevo comprare un paio di pantaloni e non li ho comprati.
Ho fatto 15 minuti di fila alla north face ma almeno lì non mi hanno parlato dietro

I can be super understanding but customer respect should come first, especially in the retail sector; if you have had a shortcoming and there is no one at the entrance to manage the entrances, the fault cannot lie with the customer who unconsciously enters. If you want to remedy the mistake you could ask the customer kindly to be patient outside and not scold him after time with half-mouthed sentences.
What was the result?
I wanted to buy a pair of pants and didn't buy them.
I did 15 minutes in a row to the north face but at least there they did not talk to me behind
