★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suni aștepți, iar suni, iar aștepți..... Într-un final iasă unul cu "muuuulllltttt" chef de lucru și după 30 de minute, descarci în sfârșit 2 paleței..... ?
You call waiting, and you call, you wait ..... In the end one comes out with "muuuulllltttt" fun and after 30 minutes, you finally unload 2 pallets ..... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte Kinderzimmermöbel neu lakieren und bin deshalb zum Nordwal Shop. Bei einem zweiten Besuch, nahm ich eine Schublade mit und zusammen mit dem Verkäufer haben wir diese Schublade lackiert. Somit wusste ich wie das Ergebnis aussehen sollte und wie das Produkt anzuwenden ist.
Man muss im Geschäft manchmal etwas warten, bekommt dafür jedoch professionelle und ausgiebige Beratung.
I wanted to repaint children's room furniture and that's why I went to the Nordwal Shop. On a second visit, I took a drawer with me and together with the seller we painted this drawer. So I knew what the result should look like and how the product should be used.
Sometimes you have to wait a bit in the shop, but you get professional and extensive advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indifferenti e per nulla collaborativi alla richiesta di rimborso per una quantità di prodotti acquistati in esubero a causa di una valutazione errata di un loro punto vendita.
Rispondo brevemente alle considerazioni scritte dal proprietario:
1 - nessuna data di scadenza è riportata sui prodotti;
2 - anche dopo una seconda visita presso il punto vendita (poco dopo l'acquisto) il venditore non ci ha per nulla informati sulla presunta data di scadenza/utilizzo e i tempi di accettazione dei resi;
3 - il rimborso o buono richiesto era riferito a prodotti mai aperti e perfettamente conservati;
4 - visto quanto accaduto, credo che l'unica cosa che vi dispiace sia la RECENSIONE NEGATIVA e non certo "soddisfare le aspettative dei clienti e rendere ogni acquisto e consulenza un esperienza professionale" come da lei "ridicolmente" riportato..

I briefly respond to the considerations written by the owner:
1 - no expiration date is shown on the products;
2 - even after a second visit to the store (shortly after the purchase) the seller has not informed us at all about the presumed expiration / use date and the time for accepting returns;
3 - the refund or voucher requested referred to products that were never opened and perfectly preserved;
4 - given what happened, I think the only thing you are sorry for is the NEGATIVE REVIEW and certainly not "meeting customer expectations and making every purchase and advice a professional experience" as "ridiculously" reported by you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non andate nel negozio di Ora se pensate di avere un consiglio giusto... ho chiesto un trattamento sbiancante per legno ,mi ha dato un impregnante bianco... e si è pure vantato di lavorare nel settore da 17 anni!!!! Se andavo all OBI era meglio, sicuramente la differenza tra trattamento sbiancante e impregnante bianco la conoscono magari non per esperienza ma perchè sanno l'italiano.!!!!!
Don't go to Ora's shop if you think you have the right advice ... I asked for a whitening treatment for wood, he gave me a white impregnator ... and he even boasted of working in the sector for 17 years !!!! If I went to the OBI it was better, surely the difference between whitening treatment and white impregnating treatment is perhaps known not from experience but because they know Italian. !!!!!
