Il menu' della norcineria rispecchia abbastanza il suo tema di origini ossia prodotti tipici di Norcia. Tuttavia stona la mancata disponibilità di diverse portate presenti nel menù. Per il resto un posto in cui tornarci. Characteristic location in the historic center of Giovinazzo, just a stone's throw from the beautiful cathedral. Il locale infatti è molto caratteristico, di stampo medievale, che viene enfatizzato dall'uso delle candele, sia sui tavoli che sui lampadari che per l'arredamento in generale. L'accoglienza e stata molto gradevole, ed il servizio nei tempi giusti, con suggerimenti sui vini e sugli accostamenti.Personalmente do 4 stelle e non cinque per il cibo, che seppur buono andava curato meglio ( le piadine erano a mio avviso tiepide); onesto il rapporto qualità prezzo. Per una serata romantica, o per una semplice cena fra amici è più che consigliato. The atmosphere immediately catches the eye. E	Eli De Michele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punto molto carino di Giovinazzo, servizio abbastanza veloce,la ragazza è in gamba ma, sebbene all'aperto, non ho gradito che tutti avessero le mascherine abbassate,che i salumi fossero già affettati in vassoi sul banco e non coperti. In una norcineria mi aspetto che vengano affettati al momento. Il menù poco vario con panini onestamente deludenti. Il pane non mi è piaciuto ed erano piuttosto secchi. Non ci tornerò. Very nice place in Giovinazzo, service quite fast, the girl is good but, although outdoors, I did not like that everyone had their masks lowered, that the cured meats were already sliced into trays on the counter and not covered. In a butchery I expect them to be sliced at the moment. The menu is not very varied with honestly disappointing sandwiches. I didn't like the bread and it was pretty dry. I will not go back.

Musica anni 70-80 al giusto volume e possibilità di poter parlare normalmente senza essere costretti ad alzare il tono della voce (che strano!). È un locale romantico. Il cibo è ottimo e accompagnato dal buon vino che Vincenzo, a cui si deve riconoscere la capacità di mettere a proprio agio gli ospiti con la cordialità e simpatia di cui è capace, ti sa proporre. Da provare. Il cibo non ha nulla di particolare. Salumi e formaggi ordinari sui taglieri, pane delle bruschette duro perché abbrustolito da tempo. Non servono patate che sarebbero il contorno ideale dei piatti di carne. Buona la salsiccia. Molto bello l'interno del locale, buoni i panino e le piadine con i vari tipi di salumi. Ottimo e abbondante il tagliere con diverse tipologie di salumi . Buono anche il panino con hamburger di chianina. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Solo una piccola nota negativa ,si dovrebbe migliorare la qualità del pane ,ideale sarebbe averlo tostato e croccante.
