Il locale è veramente suggestivo e si viene subito colpiti dalla pietra viva delle pareti. La scelta del menù è molto ampia e abbiamo deciso di prendere tutto al centro in modo da assaggiare un po' tutto. Tutto veramente squisito, dal tagliere di salumi e formaggi alla salsiccia, tagliata, bombette... I proprietari e lo staff sono stati veramente gentili e disponibili. Peccato non poter mettere 6 stelle. Suggested by some friends of the place we decided to spend an evening. The restaurant is really suggestive and you are immediately struck by the living stone of the walls. The choice of the menu is very wide and we decided to take everything in the middle in order to taste a little of everything. All really delicious, from the cutting of meats and cheeses to sausage, sliced, bombette ... The owners and staff were really kind and helpful. Too bad not being able to put 6 stars.

La qualità dei prodotti e il menu a base di salumi e carni ricercate non è cambiata. Due pecche: la scelta del tipo di pane usato per i panini (avrei preferito qualcosa di più rustico) e le dimensioni dell'hamburger di manzo, forse un po' piccolo rispetto alla grammatura riportata sul menu. Qualche problemino con il servizio, ma nel complesso è stata una serata piacevole. It was long time since I spent an evening at the Symposium. As always, I found the evocative location, with stone walls and soft lighting. The quality of the products and the menu includes cold meats and sought after meat has not changed. Two flaws: the choice of the type of bread used for the sandwiches (I would have preferred something more rustic) and the size of the beef burger, maybe a little small compared to the weight on the menu. Some little problem with the service, but overall it was an enjoyable evening.

Ho apprezzato molto il distanziamento fra i tavoli in questo periodo di covid, non ho trovato nulla di simile in nessun altro posto. Consigliato. Very nice and pretty outdoor location, quality products and adequate prices. It is important to book to find a place. I really appreciated the spacing between the tables in this covid period, I haven't found anything like it anywhere else. Recommended.

Bicchieri di plastica nel 2022 Servizio Lento Hamburgher 8 euro ed e’ era piu’ piccolo del tappo della bottiglia non e’ piu’ il ristorante di una volta Sconsigliato.
