A comonciare dall'accoglienza al frontoffice dove si può esporre tutte le richieste analizzandole assieme con i relativi prezzi in massima trasparenza e di conseguenza la possibilità di modificare.
Infine i lavori fatti bene con un'avviso via SMS o chiamata che i lavori sono terminati.
Diventa, senza ombra di dubbio il mio meccanico di fiducia

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è da gratificare di questi tempi.
Permettetemi di dire che non sono stato affatto puntuale (20 minuti di ritardo), eppure non me l'hanno fatto pesare quel ritardo.
Sono esperienze da vivere per affermare ciò che ho scritto sopra.

Good morning. I must say for a first time in Norauto, the staff are young, welcoming, professional and organized.
The quality / price ratio is to be gratified these days.
Let me say that I was not punctual at all (20 minutes late), yet they did not make me weigh that delay.

Grazie in particolare a Matteo che mi ha effettuato il cambio gomme e la sostituzione dell’olio motore in poco tempo e con una particolare accortezza nel controllarmi lo stato generale dell’auto. Per finire, ottimo il prezzo!
I always make the seasonal change from them and every time I am served with kindness and professionalism. Excellent reception and competent mechanics. Thanks in particular to Matteo who changed the tires and engine oil for me in a short time and with particular care in checking the general condition of the car. Finally, the price is great!
