★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'anno scorso tutto bene nonostante un viaggio prenotato con poco anticipo, questo anno un disastro, arriviamo a destinazione alle 18:30??!!! E la scusa è "le condizioni sono cambiate??!!!" Biglietti consegnati 2 giorni prima della partenza, Avevamo prenotato con largo anticipo con tanto di caparra....ed è questo il risultato.....mah....poi ci hanno fatto pagare altre cose che non ci avevano detto ad inizio prenotazione.....sconsigliato come agenzia....
Last year everything was fine despite a trip booked shortly in advance, this year a disaster, we arrive at our destination at 18:30 ?? !!! And the excuse is "the conditions have changed ?? !!!" Tickets delivered 2 days before departure, We had booked well in advance with a deposit .... and this is the result ..... mah .... then they made us pay other things that they had not told us at the beginning booking ..... not recommended as an agency ....

Biglietti che mi sono stati dati solo 2 giorni prima della partenza!!
La proprietaria Katia, scortese come se mi stesse facendo un favore!!
Orari completamente scombussolati, anziché arrivare nel primo pomeriggio atterriamo alle 18:30.
Inoltre alla somma inizialmente stabilita di € 1000,00, a testa ,senza essere avvisati fin da subito ci viene aggiunta una assicurazione non chiesta, una tassa del carburante e una tassa di 3,00€ al giorno da pagare presso la struttura!!
Vergognoso!!

The owner Katia, rude as if she was doing me a favor !!
Times completely upset, instead of arriving in the early afternoon we land at 18:30.
In addition to the initially established sum of € 1000.00, per person, without being notified immediately we are added an unsolicited insurance, a fuel tax and a tax of € 3.00 per day to be paid at the property !!
Shameful!!
Agency to avoid !!
