★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vecchio cliente di questo negozio.Questa sera,con mia moglie e mio figlio,abbiamo acquistato qualche capo,all'uscita ci accorgiamo che qualcosa non va nel conto.Rientriamo e chiediamo un controllo:il commesso,con atteggiamento seccato e accento veneto,si accorge che c'è un errore,quasi 80 euro in più.nessun problema dice,ve li restituiamo(ci mancherebbe altro..)può capitare commenta il suo collega.È vero,può capitare anche a negozio semideserto e unici clienti alla cassa.Quello che ci ha veramente dato fastidio,oltre all'atteggiamento superficiale,è l'assoluta mancanza di scuse.Per fortuna che con i commessi c'è una certa rotazione...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesi è dire poco!! Chiedi informazioni e ti rispondono scocciati e come se ti fanno un piacere... ho acquistato online ma ho dovuto restituire il prodotto,il problema? In negozio non lo cambiano,per il reso non risponde nessuno né al telefono e ne via mail... non so come poter fare. Pessimo negozio,pessimo personale!!!
Rude is an understatement !! Ask for information and they answer annoyed and as if they do you a favor ... I bought online but I had to return the product, the problem? In the shop they don't change it, no one answers for the return either by phone or by email ... I don't know how to do it. Bad shop, bad staff !!!
