Non si vedeva la differenza ma, guardando meglio si notava che la soletta sopra era stata cucita troppo in tirare, e quindi mi stringeva il piede. Le ho portate anche da un calzolaio prima di portarle al negozio e mi ha detto che non si potevano nemmeno mettere in forma perché sono state cucite più strette. Le ho portate al negozio e, morale della storia, non me le hanno cambiate (pur avendo lo scontrino) perché il difetto non si vede. Certo che non si vede, ma a portarle si sente. Capisco che non me le hanno potute cambiare perché la scatola ormai l'avevo buttata (errore mio), però potreste cercare di venire più incontro ai clienti, dato che ho buttato via soldi e non me le posso mettere perché sono difettate e sono NUOVE.
