★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo pessima esperienza, ordinato un ricambio per windsurf da poche decine di euro, verificato via telefono col titolare che fosse disponibile, fatto bonifico come da foto, e mai ricevuto nonostante svariate mail, sms e telefonate di sollecito. Sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto online da questo negozio.
Aggiornamento dopo 6 settimane, il ricambio e' finalmente arrivato ed e' conforme a quanto discusso per telefono.
Unfortunately bad experience, ordered a spare for windsurfing from a few tens of euro, verified by telephone with the owner that it was available, made a transfer as per photo, and never received despite several emails, text messages and reminders. I strongly advise against buying online from this store.
Update after 6 weeks, the replacement has finally arrived and is in line with what was discussed by phone.

Ha sempre materiale al top e se ti serve qualcosa lo procura in men che non si dica. Fa sempre prezzi più che onesti per la qualità del materiale che vende!
Una chiacchierata non te la nega mai e se può ti dà anche un consiglio. Ho sempre preso materiale durevole e ne sono soddisfatto (kite e windsurf). Ci torno sempre perché è un'istituzione per chi frequenta il lago. E gli atleti lo sanno, vengono anche dalla svizzera.
Anche se non ha molta esposizione (con il catalogo si risolve tutto) consiglio assolutamente di fare visita!

It always has top material and if you need something, get it in no time. He always makes prices more than fair for the quality of the material he sells!
A chat never denies it and if it can also gives you advice. I have always taken durable material and am satisfied with it (kite and windsurfing). I always go back because it is an institution for those who frequent the lake. And the athletes know it, they also come from Switzerland.
Even if it doesn't have a lot of exposure (with the catalog it solves everything) I absolutely recommend visiting!

Friendly, helpful, capable. Excellent customer service even to the most demanding. They listen, they understand, they suggest. What more do you want The price? So try it !! After having taken the first one, 10 years ago, the second one, 5 years ago, now I have taken the third .... and I use them all.
