La proprietaria riesce a comunicare passione per il suo lavoro, grande “cura” nei confronti di chi acquista, gentilezza e serenità, e fa sentire il cliente completamente a proprio agio, “accolto” come da un’amica. A questo si aggiunge che gli articoli sono davvero belli e di ottima qualità. È davvero raro, soprattutto di questi tempi, trovare un negozio e soprattutto una titolare così gentile ed accogliente. The owner manages to communicate passion for her work, great "care" towards those who buy, kindness and serenity, and makes the customer feel completely at ease, "welcomed" as if by a friend.
