Sarete anche lì da 15 anni ma telefonicamente non vi si trova mai

Restituito il pc in garanzia non funzionante ma neanche dopo un mese e molteplici chiamate e mail non sanno dirmi niente del pc. Vergognoso. Già passato un mese e io son ancora senza pc.
Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti. Spero si risolva il fretta il tutto.
Bad after-sales service to say the least.
Returned the pc under warranty not working but not even after a month and multiple calls and emails they can't tell me anything about the pc. Shameful. A month has already passed and I am still without a pc.
I strongly advise against everyone. I hope everything is resolved in a hurry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato uno dei loro PC desktop su amazon: la descrizione non corrispondeva all'hardware, le fotografie sono assolutamente fuorvianti (ad esempio nella macchina ci sono sì 8GB di RAM, ma non sono in due banchi come in foto, ed il processore non era quello riportato nelle foto ma un modello datato). La sostituzione della scheda madre (che fortunatamente era ancora coperta dalla garanzia Gigabyte) ha richiesto oltre due mesi, periodo in cui non sono stato contattato direttamente dal rivenditore ma ho dovuto più volte mettermici in contatto, ed ogni volta mi veniva detto che mancava poco ed cose simili (la risposta più frequente era che la spedizione era in transito, ma non ho mai saputo dove). Non consigliato, se dovete prendere un PC, che sia desktop, da ufficio o gaming, fatevelo comprando voi i vari componenti ed affidatevi a qualcuno che sappia metterli insieme piuttosto che scegliere questo "servizio".
I purchased one of their desktop PCs on amazon: the description did not correspond to the hardware, the photographs are absolutely misleading (for example, in the machine there are yes 8GB of RAM, but they are not in two banks as in the photo, and the processor was not the one shown in the photos but a dated model). The replacement of the motherboard (which fortunately was still covered by the Gigabyte warranty) took over two months, a period in which I was not contacted directly by the dealer but I had to get in touch several times, and each time I was told that there was little left and similar things (the most frequent answer was that the shipment was in transit, but I never knew where). Not recommended, if you have to take a PC, whether desktop, office or gaming, do it by buying the various components and rely on someone who knows how to put them together rather than choose this "service".

TV LED 28” HD 28TN515S Smart TV WebOS, sulla piattaforma Eprice , acquistandolo da questo venditore, ad euro 195, a sorpresa mi trovo rimborsato e con comunicazione che io avrei annullato l'ordine prima della spedizione (!?!?!?!) . Ovviamente ho controllato che fosse ancora disponibile presso lo stesso venditore, Nonsoloinformatica , ed in effetti lo e' , ma ad un prezzo molto piu' alto, ovvero 321 euro, ad oggi, 15 luglio. Ho invitato il venditore a darmi prova che io effettivamente ho annullato l'ordine.. ma non mi risponde. Peccato, perche' e' proprio con comportamenti dubbi come questo che un veditore si brucia la propria credibilità.
I ordered this LG TV, mod. 28 "HD LED TV 28TN515S Smart TV WebOS, on the Eprice platform, buying it from this seller, for 195 euros, surprisingly I am reimbursed and with communication that I would have canceled the order before shipping (!?!?!?!) . Obviously I checked that it was still available from the same seller, Nonsoloinformatica, and indeed it is, but at a much higher price, that is 321 euros, as of today, July 15th. I asked the seller to prove that I actually canceled the order .. but he doesn't answer me. Too bad, because it is precisely with dubious behavior like this that a viewer burns his credibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero incerto sull'effettuare un acquisto di un PC online a questa distanza(per un discorso di assistenza), ma visto che per il tipo di prodotto il prezzo era veramente conveniente ho deciso di rischiare. Devo dire che per il momento mi ritengo pienamente soddisfatto: prodotto economico (circa il 50% in meno rispetto ai rivenditori di zona), ottime prestazioni, ottima e paziente assistenza. Mi servirò sicuramente ancora da loro.
I was uncertain about making a purchase of a PC online at this distance (for a support talk), but since the type of product was very affordable, I decided to take a risk. I must say that for the moment I am fully satisfied: cheap product (about 50% less than local dealers), excellent performance, excellent and patient assistance. I will definitely need them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giustamente ordino un pc da amazon e mi ritrovo un computer completamente differente, nella descrizione viene specificamente descritto con “HDMI” cosa non presente, foto palesemente ritoccate basta ingrandire bene sul sito di amazon, negozio sconsigliato penso che dovreste imparare a fare il vostro mestiere o cambiarlo proprio
Rightly I order a pc from amazon and I find myself a completely different computer, in the description it is specifically described with "HDMI" what is not present, clearly retouched photos just enlarge well on the amazon site, shop not recommended I think you should learn to do your job or just change it
