Sconsigliato 2 pizzas on 3 arrived burned, hard pizza dough. I paid more than I would have paid for 3 pizzas at another decent pizzeria. Not recommended

Ho segnalato l'errore e mi hanno portato la pizza corretta dopo altri 30minuti e l'ho RIPAGATA. Serata rovinata e ho pagato due pizze di cui una che non volevo. Incompetenti is just a diminutive adjective for so much NON-professionalism. The order arrived after more than 1 hour and wrong too! I reported the error and they brought me the correct pizza after another 30 minutes and I PAID it. Ruined evening and I paid for two pizzas, one of which I didn't want.

Abbiamo ordinato 5 pizze da Just eat, dopo 1 ora e 15minuti sono arrivate le pizze, 1 era sbagliata, abbiamo segnalato che c'è stato un errore e mi sono proposto di restituire la pizza sbagliata, gentilmente mi hanno comunicato che potevo tenerla e che sarebbe arrivato l'ordine corretto SENZA RIPAGARLO. All'arrivo del fattorino ci dice che vuole indietro la pizza sbagliata oppure di pagare l'ordine corretto, anche se per telefono ci hanno detto completamente l'opposto. Conclusione: ho pagato 14€ per delle pizze mediocri, e patatine che sembrano FRITTE nel PETROLIO. Se state pensando di ordinare da questa pizzeria, è il caso di ripensarci. We ordered 5 pizzas from Just eat, after 1 hour and 15 minutes the pizzas arrived, 1 was wrong, we reported that there was an error and I proposed to return the wrong pizza, they kindly informed me that I could keep it and that the correct order would have arrived WITHOUT PAYING FOR IT. When the delivery boy arrives, he tells us he wants the wrong pizza back or to pay for the correct order, even though we were told the opposite over the phone. Bottom line: I paid € 14 for mediocre pizzas, and chips that look like FRIED in OIL. If you are thinking of ordering from this pizzeria, you need to think again.

Dopo 3 quarti d'ora dall'ordinazione non ci portavano nemmeno l'acqua ordinata. Mi sono alzata io e ho dovuta prenderla direttamente dal frigo avvisando il personale di competenza che non si è preoccupato di dirmi 'oh ci scusi guardi rimediamo subito' ma mi hanno esplicitamente detto 'si sì faccia lei' stile una panineria molto alla mano insomma. Servizio al tavolo fermo poiché bloccati con le pizze d'asporto. Finalmente arrivano le pizze al tavolo ... temperatura polare. Non so da quanto tempo quelle pizze erano la' a giacere nell'attesa che qualcuno ce le portasse. Pizze lasciate quasi intere sul piatto. Un livello superiore, ma ieri qualcosa non è andato: ordinate alle ore 21:17 telefonicamente l, sono arrivate alle 23:00 mancava il bere e senza comanda! Pizza sufficiente perché fredda! Posto confuso inadatto a coppie e gruppi di amici. Disposizione scomoda dei tavoli. Nel complesso il posto si presenta come caotico. Pizze ricevute dopo mezz'ora a seguito di lamentele. Da ottimizzare la velocità. Esperienza da non ripetere. Peccato perché non si mangia molto male posto che avrebbe bisogno una maggiore valorizzazione e miglioramenti sotto tutti i punti di vista. Ho avuto modo di provarlo sia di settimana che il sabato sera. Il servizio ai tavoli il sabato e gestito da un solo cameriere che nonostante c'è la mette tutta non riesce a fare miracoli. I prezzi sono un pó sopra la media per il posto in cui ci troviamo, ma quest'ultimo è una cosa soggettiva.
