Ha tenuto il mio prodotto per mesi senza dargli nemmeno uno sguardo, al telefono non risponde né alle chiamate né ai messaggi, sono andata più volte di persona per farmi dire che avrebbe riparato il mio prodotto e mi avrebbe chiamata ma alla fine non mi chiamava mai e dovevo presentarmi ogni volta di persona. Professionalità meno di 0. Morale della favola: sono stata costretta a farmi restituire il mio oggetto per disperazione dopo mesi di attesa senza risolvere il problema, in più ho perso tempo e benzina per sollecitare ogni volta il proprietario e farmi prendere in giro. Fortemente sconsigliato!!
TO AVOID !!!!! I have to give a star but it doesn't deserve that either. He kept my product for months without even looking at it, on the phone he does not answer calls or messages, I went several times in person to make him say that he would repair my product and call me but in the end he never called me and I had to introduce myself in person every time. Professionalism less than 0. The moral of the story: I was forced to have my object returned in desperation after months of waiting without solving the problem, in addition I lost time and gas to solicit the owner every time and make me laugh. Strongly not recommended !!
