Dopo aver preso un appuntamento ieri, mi ritrovo in una sala completamente vuota con una dipendente che mi dice alle 19/45 di avere la sala piena ed essere da sola. Erano in due, e non hanno rispettato il mio appuntamento. Mia figlia aveva un impegno ed è rimasta senza taglio e piega! Sarebbe opportuno scegliere del personale competente!
Little seriousness on the part of the staff! After making an appointment yesterday, I find myself in a completely empty room with an employee who tells me at 7:45 pm to have the room full and to be alone. There were two of them, and they didn't keep my appointment. My daughter had a commitment and was left without a cut and fold! It would be advisable to choose competent staff!
