★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho contattati per la sanificazione del mio vecchio impianto. Staff in ufficio preparato e disponibile. Una menzione speciale al tecnico che ha effettuato il sopralluogo per monitorare la situazione e al commerciale Luca con cui ho stipulato il contratto. Mi sono fidata della loro competenza e serietà e ho deciso di installare un nuovo impianto. Più che soddisfatta.
 I contacted them for the sanitization of my old system. Staff in the office prepared and available. A special mention to the technician who carried out the inspection to monitor the situation and to the sales manager Luca with whom I signed the contract. I trusted in their competence and seriousness and decided to install a new system. More than satisfied.

Disponibilità di spostare la data dell'installazione,per la nostra assenza in casa. Alessandro,Davide e Juli gli installatori., competenti,attenti e scattanti data la mole del lavoro e gli intoppi che hanno trovato ed affrontato e risolto nell'immobile.
Ci hanno permesso di affrontare la giornata malgrado la loro presenza ,e hanno portato a termine il loro lavoro,con precisione e cura,anche nella pulizia.
Che dire...grazie di tutto e complimenti.

Availability to move the installation date, due to our absence at home. Alessandro, Davide and Juli the installers., Competent, attentive and quick given the amount of work and the hitches they have found and faced and solved in the building.
They allowed us to face the day despite their presence, and they completed their work, with precision and care, even in cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile ma soprattutto competente. Abbiamo convertito la nostra stufa a legna con quella a pellett e hanno adeguato la struttura del fuoco a questa nuova stufa con la struttura in cartongesso. Ottimo lavoro. Tutto con lo sconto termico in fattura. Contentissimi.
Friendly but above all competent staff. We have converted our wood stove to pellet stove and have adapted the fire structure to this new stove with the plasterboard structure. Good job. All with the thermal discount on the invoice. Delighted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono affidato a loro per una termostufa a pellet e hanno fatto un lavoro davvero pessimo e non completamente a norma. Tubi messi malissimo, mancanza di puffer, muro rotto inutilmente e due termosifoni erano scollegati. Ho provato a lamentarmi ma come risposta mi hanno mandato la lettera dell'avvocato. Scemo io che mi sono fatto intimidire, avrei dovuto farvi causa io. Ora mi toccherà affidarmi a dei veri professionisti e spendere altri soldi per sistemare il vostro impianto.

I relied on them for a pellet thermo stove and they did a really bad job and not completely up to standard. Pipes in bad shape, lack of puffer, unnecessarily broken wall and two radiators were disconnected. I tried to complain but as an answer they sent me the lawyer's letter. I fool that I let myself be intimidated, I should have sued you. Now I'll have to rely on real professionals and spend more money to fix your system.
I am attaching the photos of the work you have done to give you an idea.
