È una persona che piace preparare le cose con calma e con accuratezza perciò il risultato è un pasto davvero eccezionale, ci è piaciuto davvero tantissimo. Molte grazie!
We took two cakes to the Norcia text. First of all the lady was very knowledgeable in explaining the ingredients to us and very nice and friendly to discuss anything. He is a person who likes to prepare things calmly and accurately so the result is a truly exceptional meal, we really enjoyed it. Thank you very much!

Alla fine siamo tornati ancora per la gentilezza e la professionalità di Alessandro, che ha saputo consigliarci gli ottimi prodotti che espone nel suo bel negozio. E' inutile ... le cose vanno fatte con passione e onestà. Bravo Alessandro, i tuoi prodotti sono squisiti e il servizio al TOP !!! Ci rivedremo senz'altro !
For once in Assisi, nothing commercial or tourist hit and run. The Lady made us one of the best stuffed wraps ever tasted. The wine is also excellent! In the end we came back again for Alessandro's kindness and professionalism, who was able to recommend the excellent products he exhibits in his beautiful shop. It is useless ... things must be done with passion and honesty. Bravo Alessandro, your products are exquisite and the service at the TOP !!! We will definitely meet again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero ottimo. Ci siamo passati per caso e abbiamo scoperto che era possibile fare una degustazione salumi o mangiare un panino. Il ragazzo davvero gentile ci ha fatto assaggiare il salame al tartufo che era ottimo e abbiamo preso una torta al testo con salame tartufo e formaggio al tartufo. Davvero buona. Molto meglio della trattoria dove avevamo mangiato a pranzo. Consigliatissimo.
Really great. We passed by by chance and discovered that it was possible to have a cold cuts tasting or eat a sandwich. The really nice guy made us taste the truffle salami which was great and we got a cake al testo with truffle salami and truffle cheese. Really good. Much better than the trattoria where we ate for lunch. Highly recommended.

Great store with many specialties. From wine ? to cheese. Everything from the region. Service top, we were allowed to taste almost everything. Should we be in Assisi again, we would love to come back.
