Gestiscono ogni tipo di pratica e non esistono problemi o disguido che non riescano a risolvere. Anche la clientela viene scelta accuratamente. Consiglio per affitti e/o vendite al 100%.
 Serious agency. Ilaria (owner) and Grazia (collaborator) are really excellent professionals in the real estate field. They handle all kinds of practices and there are no problems or misunderstandings that they cannot solve. Customers are also carefully chosen. Recommend for 100% rentals and / or sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È stato difficilissimo contattarli perché non hanno risposto né al telefono né alle mail. Quando finalmente sono riuscita mi hanno dato appuntamento per vedere una casa a distanza di dieci giorni ed il giorno stesso l'appuntamento è stato annullato. Mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto attendere altri dieci giorni perchè non era colpa loro se il proprietario aveva annullato e che mi avrebbero fatto sapere loro, ma passati anche questi nessuno si è fatto vivo. Il tutto nonostante le mie continue chiamate e messaggi a cui nessuno ha mai risposto. Pessima esperienza, penso che potrebbero almeno rispondere per educazione ad una persona che sta cercando in tutti i modi di mettersi in contatto con loro
It was very difficult to contact them because they did not answer either the phone or the emails. When I finally managed, they gave me an appointment to see a house ten days later and the same day the appointment was canceled. I was told that I would have to wait another ten days because it was not their fault that the owner had canceled and that they would let me know, but after these too no one showed up. All this despite my constant calls and messages that no one has ever answered. Bad experience, I think they could at least respond out of politeness to a person who is trying in every way to get in touch with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La qualità di un'agenzia immobiliare non dipende solo da quanti annunci ha in vetrina, ma anche dalla cordialità del personale. L'agenzia "Non solo affitti" eccelle sotto tutti i punti di vista. La titolare Ilaria non solo vanta a suo favore un'ampia preparazione in materia di affitti e compra-vendite, ma anche una validissima collaboratrice, Grazia. Vero e proprio riferimento sulla zona, non solo mi hanno aiutato a concludere al meglio il contratto di affitto per il mio immobile, ma mi hanno saputo sempre dare le giuste dritte su come risolvere problemi, non essendo io della città. Rispetto alle altre agenzie ha una marcia in più, e non solo perché il team è tutto al femminile! ;) Consigliatissimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono sempre stata scettica nel volermi rivolgere ad un'agenzia, ma con loro mi sono dovuta ricredere sin dal primo istante. Grazia ci ha seguiti nella nostra scelta come una cara amica, venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze ma soprattutto ai nostri orari, Ilaria ci ha illustrato nella maniera più semplice possibile tutta la parte burocratica..che dire, meriterebbero il triplo delle stelle per quanto sono state gentili, disponibili ma soprattutto professionali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivando da Milano per lavoro ci siamo affidati ad un'agenzia del posto e dopo una terribile esperienza, abbiamo dovuto abbandonare l'appartamento per gravi problemi di abitabilità. Le ragazze, spiegatogli l'urgenza, ci hanno subito fatto visionare varie soluzioni e in 2 giorni ci é stato consegnato un ottimo appartamento,ordinato,pulito e con vista mare. Coming from Milan for work, we relied on a local agency and after a terrible experience, we had to leave the apartment due to serious problems of habitability. The girls, explained the urgency, immediately showed us various solutions and in 2 days we were given an excellent apartment, tidy, clean and with a sea view. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza con questa agenzia immobiliare veramente negativa, dopo diversi tentativi sempre da parte nostra di poter visitare una casa in affitto ci comunicano che la casa non è più disponibile nonostante la precedenza acquisita dato che è da più di un mese che chiedevano gentilmente di poter visitare l’immobile che con diverse scuse ci è sempre stata negata. Zero serietà e professionalità, di certo non mi rivolgerò mai più a questa agenzia.

Abbiamo acquistato un appartamento tarmite loro e sono stati bravissimi.
Servizio ineccepibile da parte di Ilaria, sempre disponibile, che ci ha seguito dalla prima visita, nelle trattative e fino al rogito finale. Aggiungo anche dopo il rogito... difatti credo che, nonostante il venditore non abbia completamente sgomberato l'appartamento acquistato, l'agenzia si è preoccupata di far completare lo sgombero...e di consegnarcelo come concordato in fase preliminare.
Noi siamo molto soddisfatti !

We bought an apartment from them and they were great.
Impeccable service from Ilaria, always available, who followed us from the first visit, in the negotiations and up to the final deed. I also add after the deed ... in fact I believe that, although the seller has not completely vacated the apartment purchased, the agency has taken care to complete the evacuation ... and to deliver it to us as agreed in the preliminary phase.
