★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vero ristorante giapponese con cucina raffinata nelle tecniche e nelle freschissime materie prime. Pesce fresco dal mercato preparato con stile giapponese. E interessanti e buone interpretazioni. Una fra tutte una tempura di fiore di zucca ripiena di mazzancolla. Sublime. Ieri sera invece un intero menù dedicato alla carne Wagyu, quella vera, non le imitazioni. Letteralmente una scoperta per il palato.

 True Japanese restaurant with refined cuisine in techniques and fresh raw materials. Fresh fish from the market prepared with Japanese style. And interesting and good interpretations. One of all is a pumpkin flower tempura stuffed with prawns. Sublime. Last night instead an entire menu dedicated to Wagyu meat, the real one, not imitations. Literally a discovery for the palate.
Definitely to try with your eyes closed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Nomisan è un ottimo posto per chi può concedersi tempo, ha un buon budget e ama la cucina giapponese.
Il piatto di crudi è notevole per gusto, tipologia dei pesci e abbinamenti, buonissima la salsa Ponzu.
Qualitativamente buoni anche i Nigiri, da perfezionare l'offerta sugli uramaki, se si mira ad eccellere anche in un uramaki base bisogna spingere un po'.
La famiglia che vi accoglierà è piacevole e discreta.

Nomisan is a great place for those who can give themselves time, have a good budget and love Japanese cuisine.
The raw dish is remarkable for taste, type of fish and combinations, the Ponzu sauce is very good.
The Nigiri are also qualitatively good, to improve the offer on uramaki, if you aim to excel even in a basic uramaki you have to push a little.
The family that will welcome you is pleasant and discreet.
