Arrivati cubi TUTTI SPORCHI E ROTTI , quando ho comunicato questa cosa non ho avuto risposta dal direttore , ma solo da una dipendente dicendomi che lei non poteva farci nulla . Avevo chiesto in cambio un piccolo rimorso spese . Non contento il led del bancone era ROTTO e quando ho comunicato anche questa cosa non ho mai più avuto risposta , in più sono venuti a ritirare la merce presentandosi a casa mia senza PREAVVISO. Un’azienda (se vogliamo chiamarla così ) PESSIMA . Gente altrettanto pessima che ci lavora dentro SCONSIGLIATISSIMA The most vile people I've ever dealt with in my life. Arrived cubes ALL DIRTY AND BROKEN, when I communicated this thing I did not get an answer from the manager, but only from an employee telling me that she could do nothing about it. I asked in exchange for a small expense remorse. Ne ho stimato non solo L alta qualità della merce quanto la disponibilità e la professionalità dello staff che mi ha supportato è sostenuto per tutto il tempo necessario a realizzare l’evento I got to know this company where I used to rent a tent and various other objects. I cubi luminosi che avevo richiesto erano sporchi e rovinati al punto tale da dover rinunciare a due davvero impresentabili. Come se non bastasse son venuti a ritirare senza preavviso e un titolare con cui mi hanno fatto parlare non ha mai mostrato imbarazzo o mortificazione rispetto alle mie rimostranze . Infine ho dovuto lottare con unghie e denti per farmi detrarre almeno la cifra ( esclusa di consegna ..... estremamente onerosa ) dei cubi che non avrei trattenuto. Pessimi . Dopo pagato 4 giorni dal matrimonio se non li chiamavo ci facevano sedere a terra per che i tavoli che avevo ordinato non erano più arrivati, abbiamo scelto altri tavoli e guardate i risultati . Li abbiamo scelti laccati e sono arrivati in formica tutti rotti e instabili , a finale ho dovuto noleggiare le tovaglie. La ringrazio x il servizio di parlantina ma come azienda potete anche chiudere e rispondi al telefono dottore che sei ridicolo quando dicevi avere i soldi subito disponibile ,quando darli indietro o stut proprio o telefono. I'm sorry for Paola but as a company they just have to close. After paying 4 days after the wedding, if I didn't call them they would let us sit on the floor because the tables I had ordered had not arrived, we chose other tables and looked at the results. We chose them lacquered and they arrived in the formica all broken and unstable, to the final I had to rent the tablecloths.
