Pulito efficiente e super comodo, seppur piccolo abbiamo potuto girare comodamente Lipari salina e vulcano! Emanuele and his staff a guarantee! We hired a speedboat for a day. Abbiamo affittato due barche per due giorni separati, il primo ci siamo ritrovati senza benzina dopo aver chiesto più volte se bastasse, i soccorsi sono arrivati quando non più necessari. Secondo giorno NON ci hanno affittato le barche già prenotate (di cui una rotta) perché all'arrivo abbiamo cercato di chiarire il fatto successo precedentemente. NON AFITTATE BARCHE QUI!! Sono soldi sprecati, dati a gente che tratta malissimo la clientela. ABSOLUTELY TO AVOID !!!!! Staff more than rude and unreliable. Second day we have NOT rented the boats already booked (one of which is a route) because on arrival we tried to clarify what happened previously. DO NOT RENT BOATS HERE !! Non si rendono conto che affittano barche a chi non ha la patente nautica e quindi meglio uno scrupolo in più che un'informazione in meno. Il figlio Emanuele ignora totalmente cosa sia il servizio al cliente, il padre Gaetano si permette di rivolgersi a quattro donne in difficoltà ancorate nel porto di Lipari perché rimaste senza benzina a causa di un pieno risicato per una giornata in barca, senza qualificarsi, gesticolando e aggredendo a parole e scaricando la responsabilità dell'accaduto su una scorretta guida che ha fatto consumare troppi litri. Chi noleggia qui sappia che se va tutto bene, bene... Ma se qualcosa va storto, pregate di sapere gestire da soli la situazione. Father and son look like makeshift hirers.
