Esperienza unica e da ripetere...abbiamo trascorso una settimana indimenticabile. Personale di bordo eccellente quanto a simpatia e competenza. Lo consiglio?

Agosto 2017, ringrazio chi ha reso possibile questa vacanza. Per gli amanti del mare, della navigazione, della vita “galleggiante” e per chi ha solo il minimo desiderio di provare, la parola d’ordine è e dev’essere “TUFFATEVI”!!! Per chi ha timore di una “vita stretta” in barca, in catamarano si rivelerà l’esatto opposto e, credetemi, quando tornerete a casa vostra vi mancherà il “non vedere la fine” e il non potervi girare a 360°! Parlare del “Miglio Blue” significa raccontare di una fiaba che si ripete nel tempo, anno dopo anno. Nessun orologio a bordo, una storia scandita dalle maree e dal rincorrersi del sole con la luna. Non posso limitarmi a raccontarvi del mare, delle isole o degli anfratti che si possono visitare, non posso “ingrassarvi” prima del tempo parlandovi dell’aspetto culinario in barca, che non lascia veramente nulla al caso, sarebbe scorretto nei confronti di chi rende possibile questa storia che si protrae nel tempo, Cristian. A prima vista, magari forse un po’ per discrezione, persona riservata, però lui osserva, guarda se siete a vostro agio e, se poi avrete la voglia di dargli la confidenza che si merita, vi farà passare una vacanza che ricorderete per sempre! Abbiate calma e cura nel gustarvi tutto, vi riempirà, dallo stomaco al cuore. Buon viaggio...Marco

7 MAGICAL DAYS SAILING THE AEOLIAN ISLANDS on the PRIVILEGE 51 SOLANGE Catamaran with Cristian . We were very concerned about all the different companies out there representing themselves as “legitimate” charter companies. On the internet you never know…. From the very first communications we were impressed with Cristian and Carolyn. Their response to our every question and inquiry were quickly answered and detailed to our satisfaction, and we trusted that they were honest and trustworthy. We asked for references and they quickly responded so we could verify their credentials. Not only did they accommodate all of our requests (special meals etc), but Carolyn was a wonderful help arranging for transport to the boat and after as well. Regarding the charter itself… we were very happy to charter Cristians Catamaran as it gave us flexibility of departure days and also accommodated our desire to start our sailing trip the day of departure until the final day of the itinerary. (many other charters use the first and last night in port which we felt would reduce the time out exploring). Cristian was happy to give us the maximum time out of port and we greatly appreciated that accommodation. The Catamaran : We were 5 people and the boat was very comfortable. Compared to single hull sailboats the Catamaran had alot of space to spread out. The cabins were very comfortable and sufficient for a small group. The boat has been well cared for. Our only regret is that mother nature didn’t give us much wind, so we motored almost the entire time. The Crew: Cristian captained the boat and helped to create a great experience. He guided us to many great spots for swimming and snorkeling and to the ports. He was also very helpful in recommending restaurants at the various ports. The highlight was Rosella, who cooked breakfast and the MOST AMAZING lunches everyday. She was fun and always ready to make our meals and snacks. The itinerary was perfect…. We visited Vulcano, then Lipari (where due to weather conditions we spent 2 wonderful days there), then on to Panarea overnight, Stromboli overnight, Salina overnight, then the last night in Vulcano. We wish we could have had more days to see Filicudi and Alicudi… next time! September was the perfect time for our trip… weather was ideal, water still warm for swimming… and less tourists than the summer months. Cristian and Carolyn are very professional and would be a great choice for a special adventure. Eric, Mark, Dave, Dione (from San Francisco) and Bud (from Bali)

We had the most incredible experience getting married aboard the Altinlar. The boat was beautiful and staff were amazing too. We will definitely be hiring from this company again. Thank you for everything you done on the 15th June 2019.

We chartered a catamaran through Il Miglio Blue this summer and have only praise left for them. Great boats to offer, communication was easy and always on time, easy to pay, a lot of add. services offered. Would recommend it to everyone who wants to do a sailing trip!

Our group of 9 had an unforgettable experience with Cristian and Carolyn; exploring the islands, swimming in the sea.. They prepared an incredible lunch for us, and had everything we needed to snorkel. We'd repeat it in a heartbeat! Thank you!!
