Chiamate prima se volete un'auto più prestante, altrimenti vi tocca prendere quello che è rimasto. Used several times, always great service. Never had problems, fast enough. Call first if you want a more powerful car, otherwise you have to take what's left.

Preventivo approssimativo che poi si è rivelato fosse + IVA ma nessuno lo aveva mai detto, quando sono andato per portare la caparra si sono dimenticati di restituirmi la patente.. mi hanno chiamato dopo 3 giorni... io no me ne ero manco accorto... (l'avevano dimenticata sulla fotocopiatrice) ,l'auto si è ingolfata due o tre volte durante la giornata... mi avevano detto che potevo andare a ritirare il sabato mattina... invece poi non era così.. Insomma un vero disastro!!!! POCA PROFESSIONALITA' E SERVIZIO INSODDISFACENTE Bad experience! I rented the car for my wedding, never again in my whole life .. Approximate estimate which then turned out to be + VAT but no one had ever said it, when I went to bring the deposit they forgot to give me back my license .. they called me after 3 days ... I didn't miss it. .. (they had forgotten it on the copier), the car flooded two or three times during the day ... they told me that I could go to pick up on Saturday morning ... instead it wasn't like that .. real disaster !!!! LITTLE PROFESSIONALISM AND SATISFACTORY SERVICE

Un dipendente, per tenermi buono (e pensando che le balle hanno le gambe lunghe) mi aveva parlato di due giorni di tempo; un'altra invece di 10gg circa. Sono passati 17 giorni: voi come valutereste la serietà di queste persone? Ho noleggiato una vettura per 20gg, una panda hibrid, era pulita e in ottimo stato, praticamente nuova. Sia i dipendenti che il proprietario, sono state persone gentilissime e disponibili. Non avendo una carta di credito, ho dato la caparra in contanti, che mi é stata restituita sempre in contanti alla consegna del veicolo (ovviamente la vettura l'ho riconsegnata nelle stesse condizioni). Se mi servisse nuovamente noleggiare una macchina probabilmente mi riaffido a loro. 5 stars you deserve. I can speak from personal experience. I rented a car for 20 days, a panda hibrid, it was clean and in excellent condition, practically new. Both the employees and the owner were very kind and helpful people. Not having a credit card, I gave the deposit in cash, which was always returned to me in cash upon delivery of the vehicle (obviously I returned the car in the same condition). If I need to rent a car again, I will probably rely on them again.
